Randonnée quelque peu sportive jusqu’au point culminant du massif des Alpilles : la tour des Opies.

La randonnée débute depuis la gare de Lamanon !
Si vous souhaitez réduire la randonnée de moitié, prenez le bus ZOU n°29, reliant Arles à Salon de Provence et descendez à Les Glauges (Eyguières) 🙂

La randonnée est quand même longue : 30 kilomètres, ce n’est pas rien !
A savoir qu’il existe un bus qui permet de se rapprocher au maximum de la Tour des Opies :
Il s’agit du bus ZOU n°29, reliant Arles à Salon de Provence : descendre à Les Glauges | Eyguières.
Vous arriverez donc au kilomètre 9 de la randonnée et réduirez de moitié la randonnée (15km au lieu de 31)

  • MES CONSEILS

Au retour, j’ai eu cette folle envie de passer par le Mont Menu.
Attention à ceux qui veulent faire pareil, car j’ai trouvé l’accès difficile :
– Il y a un passage dans une grotte, qui nous fait ressortir par une autre grotte, suivie d’une petite escalade de rocher.
– Le chemin qui longe la ligne de crête est compliqué à suivre (je me suis un peu écarté du chemin par moment). Il faut suivre les cairns et les marques bleues quand vous les verrez.
– Attention aux guiboles dénudées ! Il y a pas mal de plantes qui piquent !
→ Déconseillé aux familles ou aux personnes soumises au vertige.

Sinon, au kilomètre 20, reprenez le chemin des Glauges qui vous fera retomber sur le chemin de l’aller (c’est-à-dire vers le kilomètre 9, non loin de l’arrêt de bus)
